The m/v Sir Barton (named after the horse that won the Triple Crown in1919) is the lead boat in the Myrtle Grove Fleet with the m/v Jean Lafitte assisting. The m/v Gallant Fox (named for the 1930 Triple Crown winner) services the LaGen Power Plant at New Roads. The m/v War Admiral (named for the 1937 Triple Crown winner) is the lead fleet boat at Meraux with the m/v Omaha (named for the 1935 Triple Crown winner) assisting and servicing the New Orleans Harbor. The m/v Assault (named for the 1946 Triple Crown winner) is the lead fleet boat at Azalea Fleet with the m/v Seattle Slew (named for the 1977 Triple Crown winner) assisting and servicing the New Orleans Harbor. The m/v Jolly Roger is the fleet boat at Welcome Fleet. The m/v Whirlaway (named for the 1941 Triple Crown winner), the m/v Blackbeard, the m/v Citation (named for the 1948 Triple Crown Winner) and the m/v Affirmed (named for the 1978 Triple Crown winner) are involved in shuttle service between Baton Rouge and Myrtle Grove.
