The year 2019 saw an increase in activity for inland waterway new-construction shipyards, as a number of towing companies are adding new towboats. Shown here is activity at Eymard Marine Construction & Repair, where, when this picture was taken in March, there were four boats in various stages of completion. At left is the finished M/V Justify, faced up against the M/V California Chrome, both for Turn Services; in the foreground is another hull for Turn Services.
